TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL BOARDING
INSTRUCTIONS

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time at Turtle Cove Marina, Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands.​

We are a shoe-less vessel. Your shoes will be stored onboard your vessel.

Guests are required to reconfirm their charter by 6:00 PM the evening prior to departure.

 

All charters are subject to the Captain’s discretion regarding weather and safety.

BOOKING, PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

A  5% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your charter.

100% of the charter price is due and charged to the credit card on file 7 days prior to the charter date. 

Accepted payments: American Express, Visa, Mastercard or cash.

Full payment is due prior to departure at the dock.

No-shows are charged in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Catchin’ Caicos offers a flexible cancellation policy with respect for our guests and crew planning:

  • Cancellation 7 or more days before charter: No cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation 2-7 days before charter: 50% of the total charter fee is charged.

  • Cancellation 24 hours or less before the charter begins: 100% of the charter fee is forfeited.

  • No-shows: Charged in full, no exceptions.

WEATHER CONSIDERATION

All charters are weather-dependent. Final decisions are made at the Captain’s discretion.

 

Offshore trips may be limited or adjusted based on sea conditions.

 

In cases of trip cancellation due to weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

If weather conditions shift unexpectedly during a trip, the Captain will determine any partial or full refund, if applicable.

SAFETY AND HEALTH DISCLOSURE

A mandatory safety briefing is conducted before every departure.

 

The Captain and crew may require guests to wear life vests at any time during the trip.

 

Catchin’ Caicos reserves the right to deny boarding to any individual for safety concerns.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who cannot swim or have medical concerns must notify us at the time of booking and are strongly recommended to wear a life vest at all times. Guests under 18 are subject to the discretion of their parent or guardian. 

CUSTOMER CONDUCT

Guests are expected to behave in a courteous and safe manner at all times.

 

Any damage to the vessel or equipment caused by negligence or misconduct will be billed to the guest.

The Captain reserves the right to terminate a trip with no refund in the event of unruly or unsafe behavior.

ALCOHOL
POLICY

Alcohol is permitted on board and may be served. However, responsible consumption is required.

The Captain may:

  • Refuse alcohol onboard if deemed unsafe

  • Deny boarding to any guest visibly intoxicated

  • Cancel the trip without refund if alcohol use poses a risk
